NOTE: Alcohol is BYO, meaning you supply your favourite beverages and we’ll serve them to your guests – this ensures you can choose your preferred drinks and keep your wedding costs down with no alcohol markups. All drinks are served from the caravan bar itself which not only allows guests to mingle but to come up and experience the bar as a standout feature of your big celebration

• All set up and pack up free of charge, you don’t pay for any extra time and your bar service time starts from when the first drinks are poured
• We will serve all drinks directly from the van but will do a few quick rounds to collect glasses and empty bottles throughout the night 
• You choose the look of our staff – relaxed and casual or black tie formal, we’ll fit in with whatever look your trying to achieve for your wedding
